Harris Legal Search has been exclusively engaged by an iconic interactive entertainment client to recruit an experienced enforcement attorney with a passion for protecting the Company’s intellectual property. The Senior IP Enforcement Attorney will become a member of a global team focused on Internet piracy and counterfeit products. The successful candidate will possess significant supervisory experience with solid leadership and management skills. The Senior IP Enforcement Attorney must be proficient in trademark and copyright law, the DMCA, Internet distribution protocols and technologies used to battle software piracy.


  • Eight or more years related experience.
  • Three to four years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to identify, develop and implement IP enforcement strategies.
  • Ability to manage internal staff and resources effectively; deadline driven management of both dedicated and shared staff.
  • Knowledge and understanding of global distribution practices.
  • Maintains knowledge of current legal issues in the area of intellectual property and enforcement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Law degree and membership in the Washington State Bar Association, or other comparable state qualification.
