Our public company client, based in Seattle, seeks an immigration attorney to support its rapidly expanding immigration program. This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience, both law firm and in house, providing strategic legal advice on global immigration matters. The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice to the Company’s global HR Departments that perform immigration and work authorization functions in an established immigration program, provide counsel on short-term work permit/mobility options for projects, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges. Must have experience practicing in high-volume, employment based immigration and I-9 compliance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a dynamic environment.
