San Francisco Labor & Employment team seeks two associates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor and employment, with a significant emphasis on litigation. Experience with wage and hour class and PAGA actions is a plus. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions, and complex fact investigation and analysis. A strong academic background is a minimum requirement: candidates must have high grades from a nationally ranked law school and already be admitted in California.
