The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in employee benefits. Knowledge of and experience with tax qualified plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, fiduciary matters and transactional matters is required. The firm offers a full spectrum of legal services to emerging, middle-market and capital market as well as nonprofit, governmental and private clients.
Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong research and analytical skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
